SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 18 - TO BE PRESENTED IN PERSON AND BROADCAST VIA ZOOM
SERVICE for Marquette Unitarian Universalist Congregation, Homecoming Sunday, to be presented jointly with Phil Lund, Congregational Life Consultant for the Unitarian Universalist Association MidAmerica Region, "Not Just Foolishly Romantic," including a version of the traditional UU Water Communion (February Sky will provide music, readings and ritual).  To be hopeful in these hard times is more than being foolishly romantic, according to historian Howard Zinn. It does, however, require some effort on our part. The good news is that every congregation can tap into the energy it needs to act to make this world a better place.  Find out how we can - individually and collectively - behave magnificently in defiance of all hurt and heartbreak around us.  11AM Eastern Time, 1510 M-28 East, Marquette, MI, 906/228-8048.  See https://www.facebook.com/groups/390719584282750 or www.mqtuu.org for updates.  If you want to attend remotely, email mqtuuadassist@gmail.com for a link to the Zoom meeting.
